This role is flexible and we ensure that you can plan your work around life rather than the other way round. You choose when you work. There are no expectations around how often you work. The only expectation is you provide our clients with a quality service. We have a great cohort of coaches and maybe you could be one of them? As one of our coaches you are expected to be punctual to training sessions and of course fully prepared.

Unless you are applying for the CCP Programme, all coaches we recruit must have a minimum of:

• ECB Level 1 Qualification or experience at coaching cricket at school

• Up to date CRB/DBS check

• Up to date first aid certificate

• Knowledge of the game

• Experience
