In the modern day world, mental health is something we hear about daily and is increasingly becoming a problem amongst the millennial generation. One of our coaches, Harry Rice, has set up his own business, Lagom Mind. The company’s aim is to help students and young professionals with their mental health and general wellbeing. They have an app, do podcasts as well as service events to spread the word.
