Dates: Monday 1st April, Wednesday 29th May, Wednesday 24th July, Tuesday 13th August, Tuesday 20th August Times: 12:30pm - 2pm Location: Rickmansworth CC Age group: 11-16 years old Limited to 8 places! During the clinics, players will learn a variety of key skills and strategies for success on the cricket field. Our coaches will focus on helping participants increase their confidence, develop the right mentality for bowling, outsmart the batsman, maintain accuracy, and ensure their bowling action is sustainable. One of the key aspects of bowling in cricket is the ability to maintain consistency and control. During the clinics, players will understand how to achieve this, including the importance of grip types, the run up, jump, gather and follow through together with adapting to different conditions.   In addition to these core skills, our coaches will also cover advanced strategies for outsmarting the batsman, such as variations in pace and spin, as well as how to use different types of deliveries to exploit the batsman's weaknesses. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, these clinics are the perfect opportunity to take your bowling game to the next level.
